The Galveston County Recovery Fund (GCRF) is a collective investment and impact organization founded by four Galveston foundations in the wake of Hurricane Ike to provide supplementary disaster recovery funding to programs and organizations that help people recover from disasters like hurricanes, floods, pandemics, and freezes (respectively).
